GREEN PROJECT
The project " GREEN: Gather Recycling Economic and Employment for Inclusion of NEET’s Young » provides youth organizations (advisors
professional integration, COP, facilitators, trainers,) awareness-raising and training tools to encourage voluntary engagement and entrepreneurship among young NEETs in the Circular Economy (EC).
It provides professionals with awareness-raising and training tools to strengthen the employability and skills of young NEETs according to the specific needs of the labor market in the field of the circular economy.
GREEN is supported by a consortium composed of four European organizations: ADILES (Guadeloupe), CKB (Guadeloupe), Solidarity Tracks (Greece) and H20
(Portugal).

Goals
The main objectives are:
- Strengthen the capacities of youth workers to encourage the engagement and entrepreneurship of young NEETs (neither in employment nor in training) in promising sectors relating to the circular economy.
- Providing efficient non-formal learning experiences to increase employability and support social entrepreneurship of young NEETs in the circular economy (CE) sector
- Create a conducive educational environment for young NEETs, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, social innovation and civic participation, in order to promote exchanges of good practices in job creation, income-generating activities and entrepreneurship in the circular economy.
Activities & Outputs
To achieve its objectives, the GREEN consortium has followed training sessions for trainers which have resulted in the development of tools and intellectual productions dedicated to education on the circular economy.
This non-formal education e-toolkit was designed, developed and tested with youth workers and young NEETS from the three partner regions (Guadeloupe – France Rup-, Greece, Portugal).
Its objective? To provide creative, fun educational tools and resources (body of knowledge, training modules, tools, awareness-raising materials, etc.).
The GREEN educational e-kit includes:
- Prezi Awareness Tools prezi (fun introduction to the concepts of the Circular Economy, self-assessment quiz to allow you to measure your learning in a fun way and your commitment, business models in the circular economy, etc.)
- Two e-learning training modules on the circular economy organized according to training needs (theoretical content: key data, definitions of major concepts, digital learning, bibliographic resources, studies, etc.)
- Inspiring podcasts & storytelling videos professional. Sharing them in the form of an interview and a virtual tour of their workplace: More videos here youtube GREEN
- Results of the experiments conducted with target groups (youth workers and young people) from partner organisations in sectors supporting the circular economy)
- A serious game Circulopolis test your knowledge and circular reflexes by playing our young made in GREEN!
- Good practice guide, present and highlight the good practices developed during the implementation by the consortium of the GREEN project and beyond (benchmarking) “ready to use” dedicated to the circular economy.
- GREEN E-mapping Find a selection of inspiring and innovative initiatives in the field of the Circular Economy existing in the 3 partner countries.
All these tools on the GREEN project web platform. Are available in open source in 4 languages (French, English, Greek, Portuguese).
